1.  When Southwest bought Muse Air, the company initially offered the pilots the option to be placed at the bottom of the Southwest seniority list.  The Muse Air      pilots balked, at which time the company proceeded with the purchase of the airline, assuming the routes and shuttered the rest of the operation.
